Hi! I'm Sarah-Louise and I'm offering music lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you're looking to complete graded exams or simply develop your musical skills, my lessons are designed to meet your personal goals. With a BA Honours degree in Songwriting, a PGCE in primary school teaching and Grade 8 certification in Classical Singing, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my teaching. I am also currently preparing for a Diploma in Classical Singing. Additionally, as the lead of my band, 'Solis,' where we perform folk/pop music, I can guide you through a variety of genres, ensuring a versatile and tailored approach to your musical development.

What Makes My Lessons Unique?

From my home studio in Seaford, my music students have the unique advantage of incorporating multiple instruments into their lessons, allowing them to develop a well-rounded skill set. For example, in a singing lesson, students can explore a bit of piano or guitar to enhance both their vocal and instrumental abilities. With a variety of options available, I can tailor each session to suit individual interests, and I have the space and equipment to support these flexible learning experiences. This approach enriches their musical journey and fosters greater creativity.

Through my qualifications and experience as a primary school teacher, I have developed in depth knowledge of teaching neurodiverse students. Therefore, I am more than happy to adapt lessons for each student to suit their independent learning styles.

Payments can be made through bank transfer or cash.

First 30 minute taster lesson is free

Stand alone or non-block lessons:

1 hour - £45

45 minutes - £40

30 minutes - £30

4-week block: 10% discount

4 x 1 hour - £162

4 x 45 minute - £144

4 x 30 minute lesson - £108

Booking Policy:

📘 Lesson Options

Single Lessons:
Perfect for flexibility or trial sessions. These are booked individually.

Lesson Blocks (4 Lessons)
Pre-booked and prepaid at a discounted rate. Typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to support consistent

progress.

💳 Payment

All lessons must be paid in advance.
Payment is due 48 hours before the first lesson (whether a single lesson or part of a block).
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency.
One reschedule per 4-lesson block is allowed, subject to availability.

⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Lessons start and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend the lesson duration.
Missed lessons without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

⏳ Lesson Block Validity

Blocks of 4 lessons must be used within 6 weeks of the first lesson, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
